Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns that reinforce our brand messaging.
• Collaborate with sales agents to gather property details and create compelling property descriptions that resonate with our brand.
• Manage the budget for marketing activities and ensure cost-effective solutions that align with our brand strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
