Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and implement Salesforce solutions for healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members on Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.

Job Requirements :

14-25 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Salesforce Architect or similar role.
Strong understanding of Health Cloud (HC) module in Salesforce CRM platform.
Excellent people management skills with ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex stakeholder relationships.
