Senior Manager_Lead Cloud Economist

You will play a crucial role in establishing a robust and proactive Cloud Finance Management practice at VOIS. This involves optimizing cloud spending, improving cost visibility, and ensuring financial accountability across cloud environments, starting with AWS and expanding to GCP and Azure. You will collaborate with engineering, finance, and business stakeholders to build this function from scratch. - Develop a clear vision and strategic roadmap for the Cloud Finance Management practice aligned with business objectives and cloud strategy. - Define services scope, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics for the practice. - Plan for the evolution of the practice to support multi-cloud environments like GCP and Azure. - Lead the setup of the Cloud Finance Management practice by defining processes, governance frameworks, and selecting necessary tools. - Establish policies, standards, and best practices for cloud cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. - Implement mechanisms for cost allocation, chargeback/showback, and accountability across teams and business units. - Develop a strategy to extend the practice to GCP and Azure considering their unique cost models and optimization levers. - Select appropriate multi-cloud cost management tools and platforms. - Build relationships and collaborate with engineering teams, finance stakeholders, and business leaders. - Communicate cloud cost insights, trends, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. - Drive a culture of cost awareness and financial accountability within the organization. - Evaluate, select, and implement cloud cost management and optimization tools. - Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline cost reporting, analysis, and optimization tasks. - Create cloud cost forecasting models, integrate cloud spending into budgeting processes, and provide variance analysis. - Stay updated with cloud pricing models and cost management best practices across AWS, GCP, and Azure. - Continuously refine the Cloud Finance Management practice to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. - Proven experience in cloud cost management, financial analysis, and optimization in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in implementing cloud cost management tools and automation solutions. - Knowledge of cloud pricing models and cost optimization strategies. - Certification in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or cloud cost management is a plus.,
