As the Program Delivery Manager at Bristlecone within the Corporate IT Function, you will play a crucial role in the leadership team, reporting directly to the Director of IT. Your primary responsibility will involve driving the success of Bristlecone's transformation initiatives and ensuring that IT activities align effectively with the organization's business objectives. You will serve as the Project Management champion within Corporate IT, collaborating closely with other IT Domain leaders and their teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. In this key position, you will be tasked with managing IT projects in accordance with PMBOK principles to guarantee successful delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget limitations while upholding quality standards and meeting stakeholder expectations. Your role as the Program Management leader within Bristlecone's corporate IT Function will require you to take charge of strategic initiatives such as Predictive Intelligence, Driving Finance Transformation, and Implementing GenAI solutions at the organization level.
