Job Description

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

  • Lead & Manage Visual Team:

    Oversee and mentor a team of photographers and videographers, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand aesthetics and storytelling goals.
  • Creative Direction:

    Conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns that tell powerful, emotional stories through photos and videos, while showcasing our products in the best light.
  • Project Management:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, retail) to deliver creative assets on time and within budget for various campaigns, including product launches, promotional videos, and social media content.
  • Hands-on Expertise:

    Ensure foundational excellence in both photography and videography, ensuring technical and creative standards are met in each project.
  • Content Strategy:

    Develop and implement visual content strategies across various platforms (e-commerce, social media, web, etc.).
  • Quality Control:

    Oversee editing processes for all visual assets to maintain consistency and a high standard of storytelling.
  • Innovation:

    Stay updated on the latest visual trends, techniques, and technologies in photography and videography, incorporating them into our brands visual communication.
  • Brand Consistency:

    Ensure all visuals maintain consistency in line with the company’s tone, voice, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

  • Experience:

    Minimum 8 years of experience in photography, videography, or visual communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Technical Skills:

    Strong foundation in photography and videography principles, including lighting, composition, framing, and editing software.
  • Creative Vision:

    Proven track record in producing high-quality visual content that drives brand engagement and storytelling.
  • Leadership:

    Ability to inspire, manage, and develop a creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Attention to Detail:

    Exceptional eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring all content is visually appealing and aligned with brand values.
  • Project Management:

    Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate creative concepts effectively.
