Senior Manager - UI/UX Design

As a UX/UI Designer at our telecom product team in Pune, you will be responsible for shaping intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences for our telecom solutions, including mobile apps, web portals, and platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. - Creating user personas, journey maps, and workflows tailored to telecom user segments. - Developing wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to visualize user flows and product features. - Collaborating with product managers and engineers to define and refine product requirements. - Designing visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for telecom products across platforms (web, mobile, tablet). - Maintaining consistency in design language, typography, color schemes, and iconography. - Translating complex telecom functionalities into intuitive UI components. - Ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across devices and screen sizes. - Owning the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. - Working closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and customer support. - Conducting usability testing and iterating designs based on feedback and performance metrics. - Staying updated with telecom industry trends, design tools, and best practices. - Creating & delivering high-quality features, preparing end-to-end high-level and low-level designs, and developing individual subsystems. - Facilitating the creation and prioritization of program-level feature and architectural backlogs. Desired Skill sets: - Prior experience designing for telecom platforms (e.g., OSS systems, customer portals, network dashboards). - Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in sprint cycles. - Understanding of telecom user personas - B2B, B2C, and internal operations.,
