Roles and Responsibilities Develop training programs for sales teams to enhance their skills in product knowledge, selling techniques, and soft skills. Design and deliver training modules on leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials such as e-learning modules, presentations, and handouts. Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and develop targeted training solutions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms like surveys or assessments. Desired Candidate Profile 12-15 years of experience 2 years as Senior Manager Training in Learning & Development or Training function in BFSI industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
