We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Product Management Sr. Specialist to join our Digital Supply Chain Resilience team. This role is dedicated to enhancing our business capabilities by streamlining processes and driving business success, particularly in the integration of the manufacturing division risk ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Prioritizes product requirements, develops product roadmaps and owns the product backlog. Analyses market and/or user research, feedback, expert opinion and usage data to understand needs and opportunities. Facilitates uptake of products by developing content, supporting and evaluating campaigns, and monitoring product performance. Rolls out product trials and product launches.
- Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for changes. Provides constructive challenge to stakeholders as required. Reviews requirements for errors and omissions. Prioritizes requirements and documents traceability to source. Provides input to the requirements baseline. Investigates, manages and applies authorized requests for changes to base-line requirements.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan. Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management. Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.
- User Experience Analysis: Selects appropriate techniques and tools to develop user stories and elicit user experience requirements in complex situations. Identifies and describes the design goals for systems, products, services and devices. Identifies the roles of affected stakeholder groups. Resolves potential conflicts between differing user requirements. Specifies measurable criteria for the required usability and accessibility of systems, products, services and devices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies that align with business goals and enhance the risk ecosystem. Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in product delivery. Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and end-users, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
- Value Realization: Collaborate with the Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, and stakeholders to implement new products/projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives/timelines and maximizing adoption/value creation.
- Participate in the design and architecture of the systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, requirements specifications, test plans, and user guides. Assist with Digital System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC), Author, Execution, Reviewer/Approver, and Change Management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, integration, and regression testing, to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide training and support to users and stakeholders on new product features and enhancements.
Qualifications :
- Post-Degree or master s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with supply chain management systems and processes.
- 7+ years of experience in digital product management, business/technical analysis, or a related role.
- Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Familiarity with product management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Understanding data analytics and visualization tools.
- Programming Experience: C#, Python, VB.Net, HTML5, Javascript - strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data science technologies.
