Our India Tech Hub plays a pivotal role in enhancing our technology capabilities across various areas such as Product Systems, Merchandising and Planning, Digital Presence, distribution and logistics, and corporate systems. The team in India collaborates closely with the global team on projects of strategic importance. As a strategic advisor within our organization, you will work closely with the VP Technology, providing guidance, executing key initiatives, and ensuring seamless operations within the India Tech Hub. Your role will involve overseeing strategic planning, communications, governance, and business operations to drive organizational efficiency and global alignment across business, technology, and administrative functions. You will be instrumental in supporting decision-making through data-driven recommendations, leading a dynamic business and facility operation team, and fostering a culture of support, operations, and planning. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of areas including strategic leadership and advisory, business operations and governance, organizational effectiveness and communication, project and program management, stakeholder engagement and collaboration, site projects and initiatives, day-to-day business operations, and facilities and administrative business operations. You will be expected to lead key business operations functions, establish governance frameworks and operating rhythms, drive digital transformation and process improvement projects, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, along with 10-12+ years of experience in technology, business operations, consulting, or strategy roles. Experience in managing and supporting senior leadership teams, strong project management skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in technical tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and MS Suite are essential. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, vendor management, and tech-savvy skills, along with cultural awareness to foster inclusion in a diverse environment.
