Senior Manager Technical Consulting (Salesforce experience is mandatory)

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager, Technical Consulting at Salesforce's Global Delivery Centre (GDC), you will play a crucial role in managing, training, and developing the careers of the technical consulting team. Your responsibilities will include leading internal initiatives to build the Industries practice, contributing to the technical practice business plan, developing methodology, creating team enablement, onboarding new architects, and recruiting to expand the team. Additionally, you will work as a senior technical architect to address critical business challenges using Salesforce's Industries Cloud. Responsibilities: - Manage up to 35 reports, overseeing technical work on Industries projects at 25% utilization, and leading a team of Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers - Hire, train, and mentor Technical Consultants to deliver high-quality solutions meeting customer needs and program designs - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in deploying emerging technologies for increased business value - Lead internal critical initiatives to grow the Industries consulting practice and contribute to the community's knowledge base - Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions meeting client requirements - Conduct Enterprise Architecture and Governance for enterprise-level customer engagements, shaping architectural vision and establishing program architectural roadmap - Lead functional and technical workshops, designing, delivering, testing, and deploying solutions - Lead a project team focused on driving optimized solutions for Industries clients using Salesforce platforms - Manage customer expectations, negotiate solutions to complex problems, and establish trust with customers" leadership - Identify and manage risk areas proactively, ensuring successful outcomes and high customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - 18+ years of experience in leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and managing individual contributors - 8+ years of people management experience - Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills - Expertise in Industry Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio - Proficiency in Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture and Management, Architectural Design Patterns, and Apex Design Patterns - Experience with Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and modern web and mobile technologies - Proficiency in English - Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect) - OmniStudio Developer/Consultant preferred - Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills,
