Senior Manager- Strategy & Research

As a Market Research Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and analysis of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable strategic insights and recommendations to key internal stakeholders. Your role will involve assessing strategic opportunities for business growth and new initiatives, supporting fundraising efforts for the Ola Group, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on key strategic projects. You will be expected to analyze the financial performance of companies within the corporate group, including evaluating financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and economic factors impacting business operations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in preparing detailed research reports, whitepapers, and presentations that highlight your findings, insights, and strategic recommendations for senior management and stakeholders. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy by gathering, managing, and analyzing financial and operating datasets from various sources to generate key industry and market insights will be a key part of your responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you should have 6-10 years of industry experience in a top-tier Consulting/VC/IB firm. Experience working as an entrepreneur or in an early-growth startup would be advantageous. You should possess strong strategic thinking skills, efficient problem-solving abilities, proficiency in data analytics, and a knack for detailed research to derive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, collaboration, and partnering abilities are essential, along with a strong financial acumen and the capability to meet project objectives within designated constraints.
