Senior Manager - Strategy & Operations

In this role at InMobi as a part of the Central Strategy & Operations (CS&O) team, you will be focused on InMobi Group Strategy. Reporting to the VP, Strategy & Operations, you will play a crucial role in the CEO's office, closely collaborating with the Founder & CEO, Naveen Tewari. Your responsibilities will revolve around supporting the CEO on critical priorities, aiding in decision-making processes, and executing resulting initiatives, including areas such as fundraising, M&A, OKR setup, and new initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with ICP leadership to identify and frame problems, propose solutions, and implement strategies - Own and drive 2-3 high-priority work streams/initiatives with a high level of ownership - Design structures and mechanisms to ensure effective balance and prioritization of long-term direction and short-term focus - Assist in creating key messages and materials for discussions with leadership, partners, or investors - Monitor key metrics and dashboards related to core products/offers in your work streams - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic advice to the VP of Strategy & Operations and Founders - Lead the annual and quarterly planning processes, setting relevant OKRs and metrics Qualification Required: - 4-7 years of experience with at least 4 years working directly with senior leadership - Prior experience in Management Consulting (MBB), Corporate/Growth Strategy, or Chief of Staff roles, and Investment Banking preferred - An MBA or equivalent business management degree would be advantageous - Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and analytical skills - Comfort with data analysis to diagnose business problems - Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain clarity in a dynamic environment,
