Senior Manager - Strategy and Planning

As a Senior Manager - Strategy and Planning, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives across various brands and categories. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to identify business problems and develop effective solutions that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead day-to-day strategy and communication planning for pitches, retainer clients, and projects
2. Identify business problems and develop strategic solutions that drive growth for clients
3. Partner closely with clients and account managers to deliver international/regional strategies and support key markets
4. Develop a plan to improve strategic capability amongst the strategy team and agency
5. Empower junior strategists to discover the market, audience, media, communication, and technology solutions that unlock growth
6. Inspire creativity and innovation through engaging workshops, creative briefs, and thought-leading POVs on industry trends
7. Manage relationships with other agency partners, including creative and media teams
8. Inspire, develop, manage, and oversee the work produced by junior strategists
