THE ROLE

Senior Manager, Software Test Engineering

You will lead test automation, process improvement, and the development of scalable testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for quality engineering and leadership skills to lead the QA team and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of QA experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Proven track record managing distributed QA teams of 10+ engineers.
Deep expertise in test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
Hands-on experience in performance, security, A/B, and risk-based testing.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated success in strategic QA planning and execution.
Strong people management skills, with experience in mentoring, guiding, and supporting Senior QA professionals.
Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization, resource allocation, and productivity improvements.
Ability to influence decisions and foster alignment across technical and business teams.
Ability to build and sustain strong relationships across engineering, development, and business teams to ensure quality-driven delivery.
