Senior Manager-Research on Fund Manager/ Fund Selection (Alternative Assets)- Investment Portfolio

Role Overview: As a Fund Selection/ Fund Manager Research (Alternative Assets) in the Investment Portfolio, you will lead quantitative and qualitative data requests from traditional and alternative asset managers for fund due diligence. Your expertise in manager research vertical will be pivotal in the investment decision-making and manager-selection processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting fund manager due diligence, maintaining updated investment due diligence notes, and organizing data on a central database. Key Responsibilities: - Lead quantitative and qualitative data requests from traditional and alternative asset managers - Conduct fund manager due diligence - Maintain updated investment due diligence notes - Organize data on a central database - Format and input data into a company research template - Manage a team of specialists - Oversee the production of manager research reports - Ensure efficient delivery adhering to accuracy and timeliness - Monitor portfolio performance - Analyze market trends - Develop reports for internal, external client presentations, and senior management Qualifications Required: - At least 6 years of experience in global markets with exposure in multi-asset/alternative asset classes - Experience in fund manager selection process for alternative asset classes, asset management, or investment/fund due diligence - CFA Charter or progressing towards CFA at advanced levels preferred - Degree from a reputed college in finance or MBA - Working knowledge of all asset classes focusing on alternatives - Intellectual curiosity, analytical expertise - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office products Note: Please share your CV at aishwarya@beanhr.com if you meet the above requirements and are interested in this position.,
