About the Role
We are looking for suitable candidate for fire products requires a combination of technical skills, industry knowledge, leadership, and management skills to lead the development of innovative and effective fire safety products.
Job Knowledge:
- Strong technical knowledge of fire safety engineering and products, including fire suppression and detection systems, and fire-resistant materials
- Knowledge of industry regulations and building codes related to fire safety
- Knowledge of research and development methodologies to create innovative, effective, and safe fire products
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles related to the product development process
- Knowledge of project management and product development processes and methods
Job Skills:
- - Strong leadership skills to manage a team of researchers, scientists, and product developersCoordination
- - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
- - Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues and risks during product development

Who we are looking for
A candidate with Bachelor of Engineering OR Master of Engineering degree with 12 to 16 years of experience and 3-5 years in managerial role (Leading a Team).
