Job Description

Lead a team of rating analysts who are responsible for undertaking rating assignments and timely rating reviews of financial instruments of companies in the mid-corporate sector.
Mentor the analysts and motivate them to create good quality presentations ensuring analytical quality and contributing well to the rating committees by conveying appropriate rating recommendations..
Inculcate a smooth rating process and timely delivery of rating assignments, from the login of the rating mandate till the completion of the rating assignment, and ensure that the regulatory timelines are complied with as laid down by the Company s Operations Manual with null deviation/minimal audit observations.
Hands-on with financial analysis and financial projections and be ready to take up the role of an analyst when required
Strive for brand building of the organization by maintaining rating quality, timely rating actions with continuous monitoring of the rated instrument, and updated market information.
Maintain good client relationships with regular client interactions
Ensure adoption of best practices by the rating teams by being adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on the analytical quality to improve the overall efficiency of the organization, and actively contribute towards fulfillment of the organizational goals.

Competency / Skills:

Analytical expertise in the mid-corporate segment including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge.

Updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and circulars especially related to the credit rating segment

Good leadership and team management skills.

Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
