Role & responsibilities: * Perform rigorous credit analysis, financial modelling and forecasting and performing rigorous credit analysis, financial modelling and forecasting. * Conduct plant visits, management meetings and make presentations to the rating committee. * Mentor analysts and monitor team productivity. * Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables in credit rating value chain . * Drive operational efficiency and client delivery excellence. * Track economy and sector trends and ensure timely rating actions. * Write analytical reports, research notes and rating rationales. * Conduct plant visits, management meeting and make presentation to the Rating Committee mentor analyst and Monitor Team productivity and ensure quality. * To maintain MIS pertaining to the relevant areas of work.
