Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Domjur for a Senior Manager QC. The Senior Manager QC will oversee and manage the quality control processes within the manufacturing unit. Daily responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality standards, supervising inspections and testing of products, and implementing quality assurance protocols. The role will also involve training and supervising the quality control team, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with other departments to maintain high production standards. A major part of the role will be of applying for and getting necessary approvals from various government agencies as well as private players like RDSO, NTPC, Adani, L&T, etc.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Control processes, Quality Assurance, and understanding of ISO standards
• Proficiency in Inspection and Testing techniques for welding products and materials and testing instruments
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Submerged Arc Welding Wire, SAW Flux, and MIG Wire manufacturing processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Quality Control Manager in a manufacturing or welding environment preferred
• Strong familiarity with different types of approvals and certifications
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate effectively in a fast-paced production environment
