Job Description

PFB the key responsibilities: Should be able to explore data, conduct analysis and provide the actionable recommendations to the ops processes or to the client Responsible for new process design, process improvement, efficiency improvement and cost reduction. Analyze and interpret data; synthesize information from a variety of sources and zero down the right statistical approach to be used to solve the consumer problem Identifying & Tracking of the business KPI & associated metrics by highlighting progress and pro-actively identify issues / improvement areas Work with tech/product team and key stakeholders for analyzing the new improvements and assess the impact of new implementation
