SENIOR MANAGER PCD PHARMA SALES

As a Senior Sales Manager in the PCD Pharma Division at Wellmark Remedies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading the sales operations and driving growth in the PCD Pharma segment. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the PCD pharma division sales operations to achieve monthly/quarterly targets - Identifying, appointing, and managing new PCD distributors/franchise partners in assigned regions - Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to ensure sustained business growth - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities - Strategically planning product promotions, pricing, and regional sales strategies - Training and guiding junior sales team members - Coordinating closely with marketing, logistics, and product management teams As a candidate, you are expected to have: - Minimum 5 years of experience in PCD Pharma sales - Proven track record in team management and distributor handling - Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing & distribution - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel extensively - Graduate in Science or Pharmacy preferred At Wellmark Remedies Pvt.
