SENIOR MANAGER PCD PHARMA SALES

As a Senior Sales Manager in the PCD Pharma Division at Wellmark Remedies Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in leading our pharmaceutical sales operations. With 5-10 years of experience in PCD/Pharma sales, you will drive monthly and quarterly targets, manage distributor relationships, and strategize for revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying and managing new PCD distributors and franchise partners, nurturing strong channel partner relationships, analyzing sales performance and market trends, planning product promotions and pricing strategies, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PCD Pharma sales, a proven track record in team management and distributor handling, a solid grasp of pharmaceutical marketing and distribution, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the willingness to travel extensively. A background in Science or Pharmacy is preferred.
