Senior Manager - Oracle HCM

You will be a part of the Oracle practice at KPMG in India, where you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring Oracle Cloud applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and configuring HCM Extracts to extract data from Oracle Cloud HCM objects for integration with external applications. - Preparing project deliverables, design specifications, and configuration guides while following documentation, software development methodology, and version control. - Utilizing knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Application Development, and Oracle Cloud Implementation. - Being a hands-on technical expert, capable of independently handling tech-functional aspects as required by the project or team. - Completing at least one Oracle Cloud HCM certification and demonstrating the ability to work effectively as a team player. - Maintaining punctuality and consistency in internal and external communication. - Having implementation experience in 3-4 modules, including integrations and PAAS, and the ability to lead teams or projects independently. - Demonstrating some experience in working on RFPs, client presentations, and proposals.
