TE- Oracle : The Oracle practice at KPMG India delivers Oracle ERP suite of integrated banking risk and finance analytical applications to help clients comply with regulations. They offer end-to-end implementation services to leading Indian and international banking clients seeking to automate regulatory and management reporting. Implementing Oracle-based solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), or Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) requires strategic planning and implementation efforts. Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon/Bangalore Experience: 12+ years Level: AD Responsibilities for Candidate: - Design, build, and configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Build and configure HCM Extracts to extract data from Oracle Cloud HCM objects for integration with external applications. - Prepare project deliverables, design specifications, and configuration guides; follow documentation, software development methodology, and version control. - Possess knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Application Development, and Oracle Cloud Implementation. - Be a hands-on technical expert, capable of handling tech-functional aspects independently when required by the project/team. - Hold at least 1 certification in Oracle Cloud HCM. - Work effectively as a team player, maintain punctuality and consistency in internal and external communication. - Have implementation experience in 3-4 modules, including integrations, PAAS (Functional knowledge), and project/team management. - Experience in working on RFPs, client presentations in proposals is an added advantage.
