Senior Manager of Process Excellence

As a Process Excellence Senior Manager at TaskUs, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Utilizing methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, you will analyze existing workflows, identify areas for enhancement, and lead cross-functional project teams to implement effective solutions. In this position, your key responsibilities will include leading and managing a portfolio of process improvement projects using methodologies such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), collaborating with department heads and subject matter experts to develop actionable project plans, facilitating workshops and Kaizen events to map current and future state processes, utilizing statistical analysis tools to provide data-driven recommendations, and monitoring process performance through dashboards and KPIs. To excel in this role, you should possess 8-12+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation, along with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Your track record should demonstrate successful leadership of process improvement projects in a complex business environment, strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, and excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
