1. Overall planning of NPD Quality Assurance and ECN implementation.
2. Minimum 10-years In-depth knowledge of Auto AC Panel, Instrument panel switches quality assurance requirement identification and achievement as per the OEM requirement.
3.10-Year experience of in-process assembly quality assurance of Auto AC Panel, Instrument panel switches.
4. Should be able to handle 8 ~ 10 members team.
5. Should have experience of OEM customer handing MSIL/HCIL/HMSI/SMC/TKM.
6. In-depth knowledge about PFMEA/Control Plan/PPAP/SPC, Macro and micro planning.
7. Strong in systematic project review in terms of quality requirement in-line with OEM customer requirement.
8. Minimum 10-year experience of plastic/films/filters manufacturing process & Supplier audit.
9. Minimum 7-year experience of incoming quality control department handling with knowledge of measuring instruments including CMM/VMM/profile projector/Force & torque measuring equipment etc.
10. Experience to meet OEM SOR requirements related to part/product quality assurance.
11. Knowledge about time management.
12. Knowledge about SAP.
1. B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical.
2. Minimum 15 year of experience in NPD Quality Assurance with minimum 3-year at Manager & above post in automotive Tier 1 or at OEM.
