Job Description

As a Time determination & Ergonomics Specialist/Referent within your assigned perimeter, you will be responsible for developing and executing a Productivity action plan. This will involve defining and implementing strategies to enhance industrial performance in manual processes, automatic processes, and PLC (Programmable Logic Control) using SPS techniques and tools. Additionally, you will play a key role in adapting processes and manufacturing workstations for existing products to improve efficiency. Your duties will also include collaborating on the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios to ensure they meet Safety, Quality, Lead Times, and productivity requirements. You will be instrumental in deploying SPS principles, implementing Lean/6 Sigma tools, and participating in sector meetings to address any barriers promptly. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing the balance between capacities and workload for internal and external lines, optimizing Lead Times, ensuring line capacity, and writing operator work instructions for training purposes. Your contribution to the development of new products, studying investment feasibility and profitability, and qualifying means and processes both in-plant and at suppliers" locations will be essential. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical discipline with a minimum of 8 years of industrial experience in Warehouse Processes. Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma techniques, Lean Manufacturing tools, and Business Software related to Manufacturing and Industrial Processes is required. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate efficiently with cross-functional teams are also essential. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, with ongoing unposting date.
