Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive

    client growth, retention, and ROI

  • Lead end-to-end

    integrated media planning

    across offline and digital channels, ensuring seamless alignment with brand objectives.
  • Build, strengthen, and manage

    client relationships

    , understanding their business challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Mentor and guide business teams

    , promoting collaboration, efficiency, and high performance.
  • Work closely with

    cross-functional stakeholders

    buying, operations, finance, strategy, and analytics to deliver unified outcomes.
  • Craft

    new business pitches

Professional Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the

    media/advertising industry

    offline (preferred) and digital media platforms

  • Deep understanding of the

    Indian media landscape

    and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated experience in

    leading and nurturing client relationships

    .
  • Skilled in

    leading diverse teams

    and creating a high-performance culture.
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for

    storytelling and persuasive presentation design

  • Tech-savvy with exposure to media tools, consumer panels, and tracking systems.
  • Hands-on experience or working knowledge of platforms such as:
  • Comscore, GWI, IRS, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, SA360, Google Analytics, Amazon, LinkedIn Ads, Ad Verification Tools

  • Ability to

    interpret data and performance metrics

    to drive decision-making and inform recommendations.
