Job Description

Role : Supplier Quality and In-process and Product Quality Management

Experience Profile :

Manufacturing processes knowledge: Sheet metal cutting , forming ,fabrication, welding , painting & Machinery Assembly processes
Measurement system Analysis
Machinery Testing protocols along with GD&T
Global Quality and Safety standards such as BIS ,CE, UL etc
Supplier Quality development
Concepts : Total Cost of Quality Root Cause analysis and establish sustainable CAPA
team mentoring, training & development
Customer Complaint management & customer satisfaction monitoring
Data analytics of Inhouse / supplier quality

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering with Masters in Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality management
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Black Belt).
Experience Manufacturing OEM making Medical devices, Elevators, Capital goods /Machinery is preferred.
Knowledge of advanced quality planning techniques and methodologies.
