Senior Manager / Manager - Customer Relation

As a CRM professional at our Corporate Office in Noida, your role will involve: - Delivering CRM strategies to retain existing customers effectively. - Handling customer queries through e-mails, calls, and direct interactions. - Demonstrating knowledge of documents related to transfer, unit shifting, addition & deletion of applicants, possessions, and registry. - Ensuring comprehensive Customer Relationship Management. - Building and maintaining various data reports for customer-centered metrics. - Developing customer-centric processes that foster long-term relationships. - Recommending industry-leading practices for integration into our solutions and responses. Desired Qualifications: - Sound knowledge of customer relations, with experience in managing a complete project of a group housing project for customer handover. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and presentation. - Preference for candidates with a banking background, specifically those who have worked as AGM and above. - Experience in team handling.
