Senior Manager-Maintenance-Winger Factory-CV Operations-TMCV

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager-Maintenance at Winger Factory-CV Operations -TMCV, your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely support and attendance for preventive maintenance and breakdowns at various equipment such as BIW Fixtures, Welding Controllers, Transformers, TCF equipments, EMS, Hoist Cranes, Filling Equipments, and EOL equipment. Your role will involve managing electrical breakdowns, reducing downtime, scheduling and executing preventive maintenance activities, maintaining maintenance performance logs, monitoring energy consumption, identifying energy-saving opportunities, and resolving maintenance issues. Key Responsibilities: - Attend, supervise, and manage electrical breakdowns of machines & equipment at BIW & TCF line - Reduce breakdown time and provide timely support for machine upkeep - Schedule and execute electrical preventive & predictive maintenance activities - Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs - Maintain electronics, electrical drives, PC ware, and networking equipment - Monitor maintenance performance metrics such as SQPDCME, breakdown time, 5s, and suggest improvements - Monitor electrical power consumption and identify energy-saving opportunities - Install, commission, program VFD, and maintain them - Resolve electrical maintenance issues raised in IRC & DSC meetings - Ensure provision and maintenance of lighting and fan facilities in the shop - Conduct compliance checks for portable equipment and periodic earth pit inspections Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics - 3-8 years of relevant experience in maintenance - Strong knowledge in Maintenance and Reliability - Problem-solving techniques - Ability to read electrical drawings - Knowledge of Electrical & electronics, upcoming machine technologies - Ability to analyze & diagnose machine problems and make corrective decisions - Ability to work under pressure and result-oriented - Interpersonal and people management skills - Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP-PM) is preferred,
