The Senior Manager-Maintenance-Winger Factory-CV Operations at TMCV is a key position responsible for providing timely support and attending to preventive maintenance and breakdowns at various equipment including BIW Fixtures, Welding Controllers, Transformers, TCF equipments, EMS, Hoist Cranes, Filling Equipments, and EOL equipment within the Winger Factory. As a qualified candidate, you should hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics and possess strong knowledge in Maintenance and Reliability. You must demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving techniques, electrical drawing reading, and have a sound understanding of electrical & electronics as well as knowledge of upcoming machine technologies. The ability to analyze and diagnose machine problems, make chronological decisions for corrections, work under pressure, and deliver results are essential for this role. With 3-8 years of relevant experience, including expertise in Computerized Maintenance management system (SAP-PM), you will be responsible for functional development tasks such as attending, supervising, and managing electrical breakdowns of machines & equipment, reducing breakdown time, scheduling and executing preventive & predictive maintenance activities, maintaining electronics, electrical drives, PC ware, and networking, as well as monitoring maintenance performance and energy usage. Additionally, you will be involved in the installation, commissioning, and programming of VFD, resolving electrical maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with equipment inspection and periodic checks of earth pits. Moreover, relationship development is a crucial aspect of this role where you will be required to build and develop the team for in-house electrical repair activities, enhance electronics repair skills within the team, facilitate small group activities, engage team members in various company initiatives, and effectively communicate internally and externally to resolve issues promptly. Your interaction with suppliers to understand and address issues in a timely manner will also be vital to the success of this position.
