Senior Manager - Logistics and Supply Chain

As a dynamic and execution-focused individual, you will lead the supply chain and logistics function at Cumin Co. This hands-on leadership role requires managing end-to-end logistics, from sourcing to last mile, while also presenting the opportunity to build and scale the function from scratch. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the entire supply chain, including sourcing, inventory planning, inbound logistics, warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. - Set up and scale warehousing operations by identifying partners, implementing SOPs, and ensuring cost-effective storage and dispatch. - Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods. - Monitor key KPIs such as fulfillment rates, delivery TATs, logistics cost per order, and inventory health. - Identify and implement process automations and tools for better operational control. - Build and gradually scale the supply chain and operations team as the business grows. - Plan for scale by creating systems that are future-ready and designed to support new channels, SKUs, and geographies. - Transition into a functional head role as the team and business expand. Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce/consumer products with exposure to end-to-end supply chain. - Previous experience in setting up logistics infrastructure and managing cross-border sourcing is advantageous. - Possess an analytical mindset with a strong focus on process and cost control. - Demonstrate a hustler attitude with a builder mindset, capable of operating independently initially and scaling with the business. - Comfort with ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced growth environments.
