Senior Manager (L5) - Engineer Chassis Suspension & str. Elastomer

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting NPI deliverables by providing inputs to RFQ and DFMEA, preparing and executing design validation plans (DVP), conducting performance tests, ensuring product quality, resolving field failures, and benchmarking structural & functional Chassis & Suspension components. Additionally, you will be involved in generating cost reduction ideas, creating technical guidelines, developing new material technology, and compiling data for material property library. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support NPI deliverables by providing inputs to RFQ and DFMEA - Prepare and execute design validation plans (DVP) and RLDA analysis - Plan and conduct performance tests for development parts and Benchmark parts - Ensure DVP test, analysis & release of FIR / Green Reports - Provide inputs for material and performance specification to design - Monitor product quality against material specification - Resolve field failures and work on current product improvement - Benchmark structural & functional Chassis & Suspension components - Generate cost reduction ideas - Create technical guidelines and product-specific guidelines - Develop new material technology and implement it on TML products - Compile data and maintain material property library **Qualification Required:** - Masters degree in Metallurgy and Material Science / Technology - 4-8 years of experience in automotive components development & testing - Experience in product development for auto OEMs / Tier 1 - Exposure to international test standards like ASTM, JIS, ISO - Knowledge of various manufacturing processes - Familiarity with UTM, servo hydraulic & servo electric test rigs - Statistical and data analytical skills - Knowledge of Steel, Casting, and Composite preferred The company is looking for a candidate who can effectively support NPI deliverables, drive quality improvement initiatives, develop new technology projects, and demonstrate leadership competencies such as Customer Centricity, Developing Self and Others, Driving Execution, Leading by Example, Leading Change, and Motivating Self and Others.,
