Description
As a Senior Manager, Site Activation & Communications Excellence at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), you will be responsible for delivering strategic internal communications for key geographies and leading initiatives to elevate IC strategy, ways of working, and team impact across the Group. You will lead a team of internal communications professionals located in different countries to deliver high-impact communications that align with enterprise business priorities, amplifying and making global initiatives relevant at a local level. Collaborating with site and other relevant business leaders, you will provide strategic advice and guidance while ensuring alignment with Group-wide objectives. Your role will involve driving efficient delivery through robust planning, resource awareness, and a create once, use many times approach. You will promote a self-serve model and have clear visibility of team capacity and skills to flex resources to business-critical work. Additionally, you will collaborate across CAM (Corporate Affairs and Marketing) and the wider Group to deliver prioritized integrated campaigns and programs. Cultivating a high-performance culture through coaching, performance management, and support for team members will be a key aspect of your role. You will live, embed, and champion LSEG values through all internal communications activities. In terms of excellence, you will play a role in supporting excellence across Internal Communications by owning and driving initiatives that improve innovation, consistency, and quality across all internal communications. You will also support and deputize for the Director, Internal Communications, Change Communications, and Activation, helping develop team priorities and acting as a trusted advisor. Measuring impact, sharing insights, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and excellence will be crucial in this role. To excel in this position, you should have a good level of internal communications, collaboration with partners, and line manager experience. An understanding of the role cultural nuance plays in internal communications effectiveness will also be beneficial.
