As a Senior Manager, Site Activation & Communications Excellence at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), you will be responsible for delivering strategic internal communications for key geographies and leading initiatives to elevate IC strategy, ways of working, and team impact across the Group. You will lead a team of internal communications professionals located in different countries to deliver high-impact communications that align with enterprise business priorities, amplifying and making global initiatives relevant at a local level. Measuring impact, sharing insights, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and excellence will be crucial in this role. To excel in this position, you should have a good level of internal communications, collaboration with partners, and line manager experience. An understanding of the role cultural nuance plays in internal communications effectiveness will also be beneficial.
