Senior Manager - Internal Audit (APAC)

As a Senior Manager, Internal Audit at Sinch, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the organization's operations by introducing a systematic and disciplined approach to risk management, control, and governance processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting detailed audit reviews to identify control opportunities and implement process enhancements to add value to the organization - Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations and reviewing the effectiveness of accounting, financial, and IT controls - Collaborating with the business to create actionable audit items and strengthen business operations - Compiling reports with conclusions and recommendations for improvements - Monitoring the closure of audit action items in a timely manner - Supporting the business in ad-hoc Internal Control requests and acting as a business partner to ensure organizational success - Understanding the businesses you work with, including their strategy, product lifecycle, business processes, technology, and regulatory requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional audit experience in a consultancy firm or multinational organization - Certification as a Charter of Accountant (CA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) - Knowledge of IT frameworks such as COBIT, ISO27001, and NIST - Experience in project management practices, tooling, and managing projects through the audit lifecycle - Fluency in English Additional qualifications include: - Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification - Experience in the Telecommunications industry As a Sincher, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values your voice and offers opportunities for career growth and development.
