Job Title: Senior/Manager Corporate Interior Designer Location: Bangalore Industry: Co-working Spaces / Commercial Real Estate Employment Type: Full-time Company: 315 Work Avenue Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of dynamic and functional workspaces that reflect our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial interior design, particularly in the co-working or flexible office space segment. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and execute corporate interiors for co-working spaces with a strong focus on aesthetics, ergonomics, and space optimization. Develop detailed layout plans, 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and mood boards. Collaborate with internal project teams, architects, and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. Source materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project specifications and budget. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability norms. Conduct site visits and supervise execution to maintain design intent and quality. Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders and clients effectively. Coordinate with MEP, civil, and furniture vendors to integrate designs smoothly. Key Skills & Software Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit (optional), and Photoshop. Knowledge of material specifications, corporate space trends, and furniture layouts. Excellent understanding of space planning, lighting, and color theory. Strong project management and client interaction skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask on parallel projects. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 6–10 years of experience in commercial/corporate interior design.
