Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory levels.
• Ensure material availability and coordinate with procurement and stores for timely supply of raw materials.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and adjust schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Perform capacity analysis and plan production loads to ensure optimal use of machines, labor, and equipment.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and HR to ensure availability of resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and commercial teams to align production with customer demand.
• Monitor order inflow vs. capacity and raise alerts for any mismatches or constraints.
• Manage and mentor a team of planners and coordinators.
• Track customer orders from sampling to shipment.
• Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions in coordination with production teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Having experience of Home Textile in PPC department
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
