Job Description

A. Strategic Business Growth

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, customer segments, and potential partnerships.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.

B. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, digital channels, and referrals.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation proposal negotiation closure.

C. Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue and business targets.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, track opportunity status, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Develop pricing strategies and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.

D. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and product development teams to ensure timely proposal submission and service delivery.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams for product/service improvements.

E. Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and MoU development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal terms, and financial guidelines.

F. Market Expansion Projects

  • Identify and evaluate new business models, strategic alliances, and channel expansion.
  • Support the development of new products/services based on market needs.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry forums.

G. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare business performance reports, dashboards, sales forecasts, and client reviews.
  • Present monthly business development updates to senior management.

  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Product Costing, Factory Coordination, and Project Execution
  • Strong commercial acumen, leadership qualities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
