JD: Title: General Manager Reports to: Director Location: Nashik Job Profile: 1) Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans on a Daily, Monthly and proposed date basis as per customers schedules 2) Resource utilization: Effectively Manage Equipment, Material and human resource to optimize production effectively 3) Production Monitoring: Monitor Daily production, cycle checking, Rejection parameters, Day to day issues arising which can affect the production planning for all plants to ensure alignment with planning schedules Taking a daily/weekly/monthly review of all departments and be able to analyses the situation/ issues highlighted and take decision/ actions accordingly. 4) Safety Compliance: Ensure safety regulations are meticulously followed to safeguard employee health and safety as per the factory act 5) Team Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate employee performance; address and resolve manpower issues within the workforce. 6) Quality Control: Daily Writing and testing checking as per the sets quality and take corrective actions if required. Oversee finish product testing and documentation. Collaborate with the quality head to decide on the disposable of rejection material Discussion with plant in charge on customer complaints regarding rejection and working on solutions to minimize the same and improve the customer satisfaction 7) Audits: Conduct internal & External audits related to production process to maintain the required quality. Handle Statutory Compliance, 3rd Party Audits, Lesioning and local authorities related to factory 8) Machine/ Tool Knowledge: Overseeing the machine breakdown and maintenance along with the plant in charge. Keeping a tab of the machine tool with the Eawag Department 9) Specialization: Specialize in process such as Product Development: Collaborate with the concerned team in new product development as per the client requirement 10) Material Testing: Conduct testing of raw materials used in production. 11) Store Management: Establish and maintain traceability for materials, intermediates, and finished products. Inventory Management 12) SOP and Data Analysis: Develop and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Analyze production data, budgets forecast and process performance. Would be approving authority for Miscellaneous purchases/ Expenses / MRN Qualification: BSC/ BE Mechanical Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience: 18+ Years of experience in manufacturing operations 3+ years of experience in supervisory capacity Exp of ERP/Tally/Sap software Good with Microsoft office Working Knowledge of Kaizen Technology, TPM & TQM, 7 QC Tools Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-to-one basis as well as a group Age Group: 40 to 45
