Senior Manager - HVAC Sales Sustainability

As an HVAC Sustainability Sales professional, your role will involve having a thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, including Central plant Air conditioning & Air side systems. You should be able to understand, benchmark, and effectively communicate the energy aspects of HVAC systems. Your deep understanding of energy usage in HVAC systems will help you in identifying and establishing energy-saving solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop commercial proposals based on Energy audits and detailed BOQ/BOM - Identify key consultants in the retrofit business within the West India region - Bring in sales from key domains such as Hospitality, IT/ITES, Commercial Real estate, Industrial, Manufacturing, and Healthcare segments - Develop new customers and maintain existing relationships by focusing on sales methodology - Stay updated on competitors" products, weaknesses, and strengths Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8-10 years of domain experience - BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or Production Engineering - Any other graduate with deep domain knowledge matching the job description can be considered - BEE certification, CEM, LEED certification would be an added advantage In addition to technical qualifications, you should possess behavioral qualities such as structured articulation, analytical mindset, and sales acumen. Being self-driven, having self-reflection, problem-solving skills, and being a team collaborative person are essential for success in this role.,
