Job Overview The Senior Manager – Human Resources will be responsible for serving as the custodian of all HR policies, both globally and regionally. This role also involves collaborating with internal business partners to establish, align, and enhance HR processes, systems, and solutions that impact business performance. Additionally, the role includes conducting timely reviews of all policies in accordance with company guidelines. Duties & Responsibilities Job Description Drive the timely review and revision of Global and Regional Human Resources (HR) policies in close collaboration with regional teams. Draft and update new and existing HR policies, ensuring alignment with evolving employment laws and organisational requirements. Maintain a centralized repository of all HR policies and ensure timely uploads to the internal portal for easy access. Act as the single point of contact for all HR policy-related queries and guidance at both global and regional levels. Manage policy review trackers and send timely reminders to regional teams, adhering to the established two-year review cycle. Ensure strong governance and due diligence for all HR policies, including both cost- and non-cost-impacting policies. Lead the development of new HR policies as required, ensuring timely publication and availability on internal platforms. Environment, Social and Governance Judicious use of natural resources. Adhere to the health, safety, and environment guidelines of the organization. Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual. Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices. Ability to identify and evaluate risks related to bribery in various business contexts.
