Senior Manager - Human resource

As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy. Your role will involve developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications, as well as performing job and task analysis to clearly document job requirements and objectives. You will prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on various platforms such as job boards, newspapers, and colleges to attract potential candidates. Your duties will also include sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases and social media, screening resumes and applications, and conducting interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools. You will assess applicants" knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes to identify suitable candidates. Additionally, you will onboard new employees to ensure their seamless integration into the organization. As a successful candidate, you must have proven work experience as a Recruiter and hands-on experience with various selection processes, including video interviewing, phone interviewing, and reference checks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with a solid understanding of onboarding and employee life cycle management. You will be expected to apply HR recruiting best practices and act as a point of contact, building influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
