Job Description Deliver transformation engagements across the HR lifecycle to amplify employee experiences for all stakeholders including Recruiter, candidates, employee, manager & HR Teams Respond to client RFI, RFPs to design an impactful solution Capture business leader’s requirements to resolve challenges Analyse complex people, policy and process problems and recommend solutions by leveraging knowledge of HR operating models, processes & technology Lead and participate in design workshops, feasibility discussions. Good problem-solving skills with ability to address unstructured business and HR problems Enhance & improve client engagement through Industry/functional expertise of HR domain.
