Job Description

GST Returns Filing:
Timely and accurate preparation, reconciliation, and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and other applicable returns.
GST Compliance & Audits:
Ensure full compliance with GST laws, handle GST audits, maintain documentation, and manage departmental queries and assessments.
GST Payments & ITC Management:
Compute GST liabilities, ensure timely tax payments, and manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation with GSTR-2B.
Income Tax Returns:
Prepare and file income tax returns for the company and related entities, ensuring accurate tax computation and compliance.
Income Tax Audits:
Support tax audit processes, including preparing audit reports (Form 3CD) and coordinating with auditors and consultants.
Financial Statement Preparation:
Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
General Accounting:
Maintain proper books of accounts, ensure correct posting of entries, reconciliations, and assist in monthly and yearly closures.
Statutory & Internal Audits:
Support statutory, internal, and tax audits, respond to audit queries, and ensure timely resolution of findings.
Compliance Monitoring:
Stay updated with latest amendments in GST and Income Tax laws and implement necessary compliance changes.
Reporting & Coordination:
Generate regular MIS reports for tax positions and coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and government departments.
