Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement government sales strategies targeting healthcare agencies, ministries, and PSUs.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in government-funded medical initiatives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, contract negotiation, closure, and follow-up.
  • Identify, pursue, and manage tenders and RFPs in the government healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key government health decision-makers and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards in all government engagements.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms and pricing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, regulatory, and finance teams to align products with government standards and pricing models.
  • Monitor healthcare policy changes, government programs, and funding opportunities to inform sales strategy.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting for government channels.
