Senior Manager- Global Alliances & Partnerships

You will be joining a dynamic team to drive growth, build global relationships, and make a significant impact. As the Manager of Global Alliances & Partnerships, you will lead strategic partnerships, manage revenue targets, and foster collaborations across geographies. **Responsibilities:** - Onboarding new partners. - Driving key partnerships globally and owning the revenue numbers. - Building relationships across geographies. - Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms aligned with business objectives and strategy. - Tracking Rebate program and planning events/round tables using OEM MDFs. - Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners. - Developing joint business plans and executing with stakeholders through business cadences. - Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships. **Qualifications:** - MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10-15 years of prior experience in a similar role with a strong track record in building strategic partnerships. - Experience with OEMs in Cybersecurity, AI, and Analytics is preferred. - Proven experience managing strategic alliances on a global scale and building high-impact partnerships across multiple regions. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a goal-oriented, problem-solving mindset. - Flexibility to cater to any time zone.
