Job Description

Job title : Manager/Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

Work Location : Berger House, HO, Kolkata

Function : Finance & Accounts

Sub-Function : Corporate Finance & Accounts

Age profile : 32 - 35 years

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Will be an individual contributor.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
Leads real-time financial performance monitoring. Using planning methods like predictive planning, driver-based planning, and multi-scenario planning to create financial forecasts
Managing databases of financial records
Collaborating directly with the accounting and finance departments
Escalates any financial issues to management.
Helps in setting and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
Completes market research and comparable company analysis.
Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
Uses popular financial planning and analysis software.
Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

CA with minimum 8 -10 years post qualification experience.

Should be from a consulting background/In an organization of repute on a similar role.

Sound academic knowledge and updated on IFC, IND AS, Schedule III accounts.

Personality Trait Requirements:

Must have attention to detail, time management.

Dynamic, Objective, Achievement oriented having sound managerial capability.

Good in interpersonal relationship
