Role Overview

Senior Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
Utilize
Python, SQL, Power Query, and reconciliation tools
to automate and streamline processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
Implement best practices in financial controls and data assurance.
Mentor and guide team members, providing technical and functional expertise.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex reconciliation and accounting issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending and implementing technology-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

6–8 years of relevant experience
, preferably with a
Big 4 firm
.
Strong
accounting and reconciliation background
.
Proficiency in
Python, SQL, Power Query
, and reconciliation tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications such as
CA / CPA / CMA
.
Experience in data assurance and automation projects.
Exposure to healthcare or similar industries will be an added advantage.
